Hazel Wood High School's Art Project Takes Flight
Hazel Wood High School students were proud to take part in Bury Hospice's Summer Memorial Butterfly Release, by creating pieces of art to decorate the hospice during the event. Students made butterflies to adorn the hospice as hundreds of butterflies are released to remember loved ones and to raise vital funds for the specialist palliative care provided by the hospice. The Butterfly Release is one of many events taking place to celebrate the hospice's 30th anniversary. Hazel Wood High School has strong links with Bury Hospice, and students have raised funds for this vital local cause in the past. The Butterfly Release will be a very special event for the Bury Hospice community.
