The way the plan is set out is under the key areas that we have been working on for the last three years. We have spent that time laying our foundations and ensuring we have a clear idea of who we are and what we stand for. We have centralised business services, established school improvement mechanisms and have put in place a trust central staffing structure to support schools. We have also planned well for growth, being just ahead of the curve. We have refined our school improvement work and know where the priorities are on the business side of the trust.
